Past Projects

Cabano's is a 3 storey mixed use building with a restaurant on the ground floor and 2 levels of residential above. The building is located in the dense Trinity Bellwood area of Toronto.

Imperial Plaza was an extensive renovation and reuse project of an existing 6000 square foot industrial building. The unit was subdivided into 5 retail units for AAA tenants. 

Multiple site constraints and conservation impacts make this small cottage project a challenging site. Overlooking the lake and making use of the existing slope, the cottage offers unmatched views.
